Baby, baby, baby.

 

Hello again. It´s my ice cream/cat, Irú, when it was a little baby. My dad took this photo with him cellphone 5 years ago. I know, this isn’t the most beautiful and important photo of the world, but I love how my cat looks so pretty, small and tender on top of sofa while it´s sleeping.

Irú was always a curios and hyperactive cat, it usually goes for the house looking for something to play with it, so, when it was still and relaxed, we needed to take a photo to remember that moment, and, please, it´s very nice! We needed capturer that.

Today Irú is nice still, but when it was a baby…I can´t explain with words, but, sometimes I wish that my cat go back to be more small and delicate, then, I’ll put it in my hands and rock or snuggle without problems. I like this photo because I remember that moments with nostalgic and a lot of love.

My favorite thing of the world

 All the time I have my favorite technological device with me: my headphones. I got it when I was 19 years old, but before of that I had the same headphones because it’s a good product. I use It from 2019 and still work fine. I recommend this brand, “sonny” of blue color; if you decide to buy this, tell me in the comments!

So, I use my headphones all the time, all day to listen to music, YouTube, or audios of WhatsApp. It’s necessary, because I love to listen to music; if I don´t listen to music, I feel bad, boring, and depressed. I can put them, yes, but only when I should pay attention on something or someone. Maybe, it´s an addiction, but listen to music help me to imagine more things and make me feel more emotions. My headphones are like a refuge, too, because with them I can be more relaxed when I´m in a place with a lot of unknown people. 

I guess my life without my headphones would be sad, and more complicated. 

ME, PROFESSIONALLY

 

I´m an art student at university of Chile and i´m doing my third year; I said that in my previous post, but Why I decided study that? This´s the question.

When I was a child, I didn’t have one dream job, never. I didn´t have one inspiration for my life like go to the moon or something “Wow”, maybe eat ice cream all day, but I didn´t want to have health problems; so, I wanted to study arts too, but my cousin said, “you can do that, but you need read I learn much about history” and in that moment I didn´t like study a lot. So, I ignorer my preferences and preferred to look another career. I wanted to be a veterinary, psychology, study philosophy or literature, maybe be a teacher of language at university, but I never had something what I loved more than painting.

I had many doubts, but my mom inscribed me at Liceo Experimental Artístico LEA Barroso when I was a student of “media” and I started to go to paint all the day. That was really amazing! There I learned how paint in oil, watercolor, “estracto de nogal” and “temperas”. Today I don´t regret to go at the academy, finally that´s why I study arts this year; the teacher of art at Liceo, my friends and all the experience gave me courage to decide!

The terrible was the Covid-19 for two years, I lost two years of university because nobody can go out! Yes, we can study in our house, we made that, but isn´t the same what study in person. Fortunately, this year we can go out to the “sede”, but…I miss sleep all the morning now. Yes, it´s a contradiction but I was accostumed. The hardest thing has been this; I’m so bad to stand up earlier, I hate that with all my soul.

I would like stand up more later, but I really love my career. I can paint in oil a lot, can I listen to the art all day and all is like…magical. I don´t like to do test but the art´s test aren´t so bad, maybe.

Any case, I would like to be a good illustrator and painter in the future. Give me your good vibes (?)

I ONLY KNOW THAT I NOTHING KNOW

Hey, hello. I wanna tell you a little things about me, beauty person; only little things, don´t worry, you can´t go back right now. ; )

My name is Catalina Díaz. I was born in Santiago of Chile the year 2000 and this year I’m going to celebrate my 22 birthdays. I grew up in Lo Prado neighborhood, but that part of my life isn´t interesting. So, in the present I’m living with my mom, my sister, my dad, and my cat: Irú. It´s a cat with white and coffee colors, and I always say that it looks like a vanilla ice cream with caramel souce, ja. My dad and my sister say that is stranger, but my cat is really sweet and I don´t care what they say; If my cat is white, coffee and sweet, then it´s an ice cream for me.

I love the cats so much, they´re so pretty, cute and smarts. But, I like paint, read fanfics, watch anime and cook cookies too. Oh, an activity that I enjoy so much is watch movies with my family. The Saturdays at night we buy something to eat, we sit in our “sofá” and watch a movie in the notebook. Usually a suspense movie like “2012” or something about natural disasters; my mom loves that.

I said that I like paint, no? Well, I study visual arts at University of Chile. I´m doing my third year and I love all that I do there. As a matter of fact, I paint all the day if I could, but isn´t the case. I hope can paint more in the future, it´s frustrate for me when I can´t do all that I want. I don’t like that, or when the persons lies or they´re say “this isn´t pain” and yes! Is painful for me! I hate the dentist for that. Pft, a random case.

Oh, I said what this post could be short. Don´t worry again, I don´t lie. I hope this was fun for you, at least a bit. This was necessary for me, so, thanks for read and maybe we can read us more in other opportunity.
